Local Truck Driver

NFI Industries Inc is hiring Local Truck Drivers to support dedicated transportation and warehousing customers. In this home-daily role, you'll safely operate late-model tractors, complete local pickups and deliveries, and follow all DOT and company safety regulations. Drivers handle basic freight checks, complete logs and electronic documentation, and communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks on local routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Transport freight between customer, warehouse, and distribution locations
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while following route plans
• Comply with DOT regulations and NFI safety policies
• Complete electronic logs and required delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedule, delays, and issues
• Secure loads and verify freight counts as required
• Report vehicle issues and coordinate maintenance needs
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at delivery locations
