Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tractor-trailer on dedicated routes safely and efficiently
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain equipment condition
• Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Complete accurate electronic logs and required shipping documentation
• Secure loads properly and verify freight counts as needed
• Communicate with dispatch, warehouse, and customers regarding schedules
• Report incidents, delays, and mechanical issues promptly
• Provide professional customer service at delivery and pickup locations
• Follow route plans and optimize on-time performance
• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training
