Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailers safely as a team across regional and OTR lanes
• Transport dry van and refrigerated freight while meeting on-time delivery requirements
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections per DOT and company standards
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and documentation for hours of service and inspections
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, planners, and customers about load status
• Secure and protect freight, monitoring temperature and load conditions as required
• Report equipment issues promptly and coordinate maintenance with shop personnel
• Manage routes, fueling, and trip planning using onboard and routing technology
• Represent Riverside Transport professionally with customers and the motoring public
