Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailers safely as a driving team on regional and OTR routes
• Transport dry van and refrigerated freight with on-time pickup and delivery
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations and procedures
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and support staff
• Manage hours of service and route planning to maximize legal drive time
• Handle primarily drop-and-hook and no-touch freight when available
• Protect freight integrity and secure loads per company and regulatory standards
• Report equipment issues promptly and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Represent Riverside Transport professionally with customers and the public
