Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailer as part of a driving team on regional and long-haul routes
• Complete on-time pickups and deliveries while following all FMCSA and company regulations
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
• Secure and protect dry van and refrigerated freight according to company standards
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs), trip reports, and required documentation
• Communicate with dispatch, planners, and customers in a professional, timely manner
• Follow all safety policies, traffic laws, and hours-of-service regulations
• Use onboard technology and routing systems to optimize fuel and time efficiency
• Support a clean, well-maintained truck and comply with equipment care standards
• Participate in ongoing safety meetings, training, and performance reviews
