Travel Agent

ACS Auto Club Services, Inc., an AAA-affiliated leader in insurance and financial services, is seeking a Travel Agent to design and book domestic and international trips for members. In this role, you will consult with customers to understand travel needs, recommend itineraries, and sell packages, insurance products, and membership upgrades. You will research destinations, secure air, hotel, car, and tour reservations, and resolve travel-related issues. The Travel Agent maintains accurate records in booking systems, meets sales and service goals, follows compliance and documentation standards, and delivers an exceptional, member-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with members to assess travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and plan domestic and international travel itineraries
• Book air, hotel, car rental, cruises, and tour packages using reservation systems
• Promote and sell travel insurance, financial and insurance products, and AAA memberships
• Provide accurate destination, documentation, and safety information
• Resolve travel issues, schedule changes, and service complaints promptly
• Maintain detailed and accurate booking, payment, and member records
• Meet or exceed sales, service, and quality performance goals
• Collaborate with teammates to support peak demand and special campaigns
• Adhere to company, insurance, and regulatory compliance standards
