Travel Agent

ACS Auto Club Services, Inc., an AAA-affiliated leader in travel, insurance, and financial services, seeks a Travel Agent to advise members on domestic and international trips. In this role, you will consult with members to understand travel needs, research and book air, hotel, car, cruises, and tours, and recommend insurance and financial travel products that protect their journeys. You'll use GDS and online booking tools to prepare detailed itineraries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional member-focused service. The position offers training, growth opportunities, and the chance to directly impact member safety, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Consult with members to assess travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and book air, hotel, car rentals, cruises, and tour packages
• Prepare and deliver accurate itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents
• Recommend appropriate travel insurance and related financial products
• Use GDS/online booking systems to price, ticket, and modify reservations
• Resolve travel issues, changes, and cancellations with vendors and members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, regulations, and AAA products
• Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and member satisfaction goals
• Document member interactions and bookings in CRM and agency systems
• Collaborate with team members to support promotions and member campaigns
