Regional Truck Driver

Loudon County Trucking is hiring Regional CDL A Truck Drivers to haul freight across assigned regional lanes. In this role, you safely operate late model tractors and trailers, complete timely pickups and deliveries, and maintain accurate logs and inspection reports. You'll follow DOT regulations, conduct pre/post trip inspections, and communicate closely with dispatch to ensure on time service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor trailer on regional routes
• Perform pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
• Maintain accurate logs, ELD records, and delivery paperwork
• Ensure on time pickups and deliveries for assigned freight
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Secure and protect freight to prevent damage or loss
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
• Follow route plans while adapting to changing conditions
• Represent the company professionally at all customer locations
