Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer on local and regional routes
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT standards
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight to customers
• Secure and handle freight safely, including flatbed securement as needed
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
• Comply with route plans, traffic laws, and company policies
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations
