Regional Truck Driver

Loudon County Trucking is hiring Regional CDL A Truck Drivers to support safe, on-time freight deliveries across the region. Drivers haul flatbed and dry van loads to customer locations, following all DOT and company safety standards. This role includes trip planning, cargo securement, accurate logkeeping with ELD systems, and conducting thorough pre- and post trip inspections. Drivers communicate closely with dispatch, manage schedules to meet delivery windows, and provide professional customer service. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tractor-trailer for regional freight routes
• Perform safe loading, unloading, and securement of cargo
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip documentation
• Plan routes and manage time to meet delivery schedules
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate needed repairs
• Follow company procedures for incident and accident reporting
• Provide professional, courteous service at customer locations
