Medicare Sales Field Agent

CarePlus seeks a Medicare Sales Field Agent to educate and enroll eligible beneficiaries into Medicare Advantage and related health plans. In this field-based role, you will build relationships in the community, conduct needs assessments, explain plan options, and guide prospects through compliant enrollment. Responsibilities include generating leads through events and referrals, meeting sales and retention goals, and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll collaborate with clinical and administrative teams while following CMS and company regulations. Responsibilities

• Educate prospective members on Medicare Advantage and related plan options
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Generate leads through community events, referrals, and outreach

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and retention targets
• Maintain accurate, timely records in CRM and reporting tools
• Ensure all activities comply with CMS and company regulations
