Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from Gopuff micro-fulfillment centers and deliver to customers quickly and accurately
• Review delivery instructions in the app and follow GPS routes safely and efficiently
• Load, organize, and secure items to prevent damage during transit
• Verify orders, check IDs for age-restricted items like alcohol, and ensure correct delivery
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions at drop-off locations
• Use the Gopuff driver app to accept gigs, track deliveries, and report issues
• Follow traffic laws, safety standards, and local regulations at all times
• Maintain a reliable vehicle and smartphone suitable for on-demand delivery work
• Communicate with support teams to resolve delivery or customer issues
