Responsibilities

• Pick up customer orders from Gopuff micro-fulfillment centers or partner locations
• Safely and efficiently deliver snacks, groceries, alcohol, and home goods to customers
• Follow in-app navigation and delivery instructions to ensure timely arrivals
• Verify customer orders and follow ID verification procedures for age-restricted items
• Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle and comply with local traffic and safety laws
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions at drop-off
• Use the Gopuff app to manage orders, routes, and delivery status updates
• Communicate issues or delays promptly to support teams
• Handle basic problem-solving for incomplete, incorrect, or delayed orders
