Director, Value Realization Office

CSL is seeking a Director, Value Realization Office to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that maximize the impact of strategic investments in biotherapies and vaccines. This role will design and govern value realization frameworks, define KPIs, and partner with global business and technology leaders to ensure programs deliver measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. The Director will build and lead a small, high-performing team, drive portfolio prioritization, and oversee benefits tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement. Success requires strong biotech/pharma experience, executive influence, and a passion for patient-focused innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Value Realization Office to maximize impact of strategic initiatives and investments
• Design and maintain value realization frameworks, methodologies, and governance
• Define, track, and report KPIs and benefits for major programs and portfolios
• Partner with global business and technology leaders to align initiatives with strategic goals
• Drive portfolio prioritization and decision-making based on value, risk, and feasibility
• Oversee benefits realization plans, baselines, and post implementation reviews
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on analytics, PMO, and value tracking
• Communicate value outcomes and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices across programs and functions
• Ensure alignment with CSL's patient-focused, science-driven culture and compliance standards
