Registered Nurse

Standing Stone Care and Rehab Center in Cookeville, TN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care residents. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident-centered care plans. The role includes supervising CNAs, documenting accurately in the medical record, and educating residents and families. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to rehab and long-term care residents
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor resident conditions
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Develop, implement, and update resident-centered care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and physicians
• Supervise and support CNAs and other support staff
• Document care, assessments, and interventions in medical records
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions
• Respond to emergencies and follow clinical protocols
• Promote a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for residents
