Registered Nurse

Standing Stone Care and Rehab Center in Cookeville, TN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to short-term rehab and long-term care residents. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and families. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, monitoring resident progress, documenting accurately, and responding promptly to changes in condition. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to rehab and long-term care residents
• Complete comprehensive and ongoing resident assessments
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Document all care, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff on shift
• Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and families
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
• Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives
