Technician III, General Maintenance - Facilities & Maintenance The American National Red Cross seeks an experienced Technician III to perform advanced general maintenance across our mission-critical facilities. In this role, you'll inspect, repair, and maintain building systems, equipment, and grounds to support disaster response, blood services, and community programs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues; executing preventive maintenance; coordinating vendors; and ensuring OSHA and safety compliance. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced general maintenance, repairs, and inspections on building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure facilities remain safe, efficient, and mission-ready.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
• Support disaster response and mission-critical operations by maintaining readiness of facilities and related equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, escorting and monitoring work as needed.
• Document work in maintenance systems, track parts and supplies, and recommend facility improvements.
• Ensure all tasks comply with safety, OSHA, and Red Cross standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with facilities, operations, and program teams to minimize downtime and service disruption.
