Responsibilities

• Provide on-site event security and crowd management at stadiums, arenas, and large venues.
• Conduct access control, ticket and credential checks, and basic bag inspections.
• Monitor crowd flow, identify potential safety issues, and report concerns promptly.
• Deliver professional, friendly guest services and directions to attendees.
• Follow established security protocols, post orders, and emergency procedures.
• Communicate clearly via radio and with team members and supervisors.
• Document and report incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support emergency response efforts under the direction of venue and BEST leadership.
