Field Technician I

Patriot Environmental Services is seeking a Field Technician I to support emergency spill response, industrial cleaning, and environmental remediation across the Western U.S. In this safety-driven, team-oriented role, you'll assist with field operations, including containment, cleanup, and waste handling for hazardous and non-hazardous materials. You'll operate basic environmental equipment, follow strict PPE and safety protocols, and document work performed. Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency spill and environmental incidents under supervision
• Perform field work including cleanup, containment, and decontamination tasks
• Operate and maintain basic environmental and industrial cleaning equipment
• Handle, package, and load hazardous and non-hazardous waste following regulations
• Complete job tickets, logs, and safety documentation accurately
• Conduct site setup including containment, signage, and exclusion zones
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and decontamination protocols
• Assist with industrial cleaning, vacuum truck, and tank cleaning operations
• Communicate job status and hazards to supervisors and team members
• Participate in ongoing safety and technical training programs
