Coffee Attendant

Join Pilot Flying J as a Coffee Attendant in our Food & Beverage Operations team. In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you'll brew and stock fresh coffee and beverages, prepare grab-and-go items, maintain clean and sanitized stations, and ensure products are always available and appealing. Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, and process transactions accurately. You'll follow safety and food-handling standards, work closely with a diverse team, and receive training, recognition, and opportunities to grow your career across our travel centers and hospitality network.

Responsibilities

• Brew and maintain fresh coffee and hot beverage offerings throughout the shift
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise coffee, condiments, and grab-and-go items
• Greet guests, answer product questions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Operate POS system, handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coffee stations and surrounding areas
• Follow food safety, health, and safety protocols at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Work collaboratively with store and kitchen team members to meet guest demand
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift change procedures as needed
