Arby's Cashier

As an Arby's Cashier at Pilot Flying J, you'll deliver friendly, accurate service to professional drivers and travelers in a busy travel center environment. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash and card transactions, taking and assembling food orders, and maintaining a clean, welcoming counter and dining area. You'll follow safety and food-handling standards, support drive-thru or front counter service, and work closely with your team to ensure fast, accurate orders and excellent hospitality while upholding Pilot's people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system to process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately
• Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure order accuracy
• Assemble and serve Arby's menu items according to brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness of counter, dining, and work areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety procedures
• Assist with stocking supplies and product rotation
• Work as part of a team to meet speed-of-service goals
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
• Follow company policies, cash-handling, and loss prevention guidelines
• Support overall travel center operations as needed
