Store Manager in Training

As a Store Manager in Training at Waterway Carwash, you'll learn to lead daily operations for a fast-paced, full-service car wash, gas, and convenience store. Through hands-on training, you'll master scheduling, staff supervision, and cash handling while ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment. You'll support hiring, training, and coaching team members, monitor quality standards, and help drive sales and membership programs. Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily store, carwash, and forecourt operations
• Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent customer service
• Supervise, motivate, and support team members on shift
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance coaching
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and shift deposits
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs
• Monitor wash quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Support inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Track key performance metrics and support sales goals
• Participate in manager-on-duty and opening/closing duties
