Join Pilot Flying J as an Arby's Team Member in our Food & Beverage Operations. In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you'll prepare and serve Arby's menu items to quality and safety standards, operate POS systems, handle cash, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant. You'll follow food safety and sanitation procedures, restock and rotate product, and work as part of a supportive, diverse team focused on hospitality and "people-first" values. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble Arby's menu items to brand and safety standards
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
• Operate POS system accurately and handle cash, credit, and refunds
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining, kitchen, and prep area
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures
• Restock, rotate, and label food and paper products
• Work collaboratively with teammates and leaders in a fast-paced setting
• Follow company policies for uniform, hygiene, and guest relations
• Support opening, shift-change, and closing duties as assigned
• Participate in training to learn new procedures and advance skills
