Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Explain wash packages, promotions, and loyalty options
• Process cash and card payments accurately at the POSDirect and guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
• Monitor wash quality and address basic customer concerns
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and equipment guidelines
• Assist with site upkeep, including trash removal and light cleaning
• Collaborate with team members to meet service and speed goals
• Support training of new team members as skills grow
