Associate Attorney

The Advocates - Driggs, Bills & Day seeks an Associate Attorney to join our client focused litigation team. In this role, you will manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation. You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys, participate in depositions and hearings, and maintain regular, compassionate communication with clients. Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Handle written discovery, depositions, and evidence gathering
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers to resolve claims
• Prepare for and assist in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Maintain frequent, clear, and empathetic communication with clients
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Ensure compliance with ethical rules, deadlines, and court procedures
• Participate in firm trainings, mentorship, and professional development
• Contribute to a collaborative, client centric team culture
