What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia support in a specialized tertiary care hospital setting for patients age 12+
• Support a care team model with a 4:1 patient-to-anesthesia staff ratio
• Conduct anesthesia procedures, excluding blocks, epidurals, spinal, or A-lines
• Support scheduled surgeries and emergency procedures
• Manage patient care during anesthesia, closely monitoring vital signs and contributing to positive outcomes
• Participate in occasional overnight shifts and weekend on-call as needed
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and patient record keeping

What You Need
Required:

• Active RN and CRNA licensure in Minnesota
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certifications
• At least 1 year of professional experience in anesthesia practice

Preferred:

• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility for weeknight, weekend, or overnight shifts
