What You ll Do

• Provide urgent and emergency medical care to diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, APPs, nurses, respiratory staff, and support personnel.
• Manage patient assessment, stabilization, and treatment planning.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Participate in shift handoffs and participate in quality improvement initiatives when needed.

What You Need
Required:

• Active PA Medical License
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred:

• Clean malpractice history
• NPDB report free of any significant issues
