Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

SAS Retail Services, a leader in providing merchandising solutions, is seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to oversee operations across a variety of chain and independent retail locations. This position plays a crucial role in executing and managing store resets, fixture installations, and product demonstrations to optimize the retail environment and enhance customer shopping experiences. As a team lead, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our retail strategies and maintaining the high standards that SAS Retail Services is known for.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate merchandise resets and installations across multiple retail locations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage teams of merchandisers to ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
• Train team members on effective merchandising techniques and client specifications.
• Manage inventory and order supplies necessary for the completion of projects.
• Communicate effectively with store managers and client representatives to ensure that merchandising standards are met and exceeded.
• Prepare detailed reports on team performance, project status, and inventory issues.
• Maintain a clear line of communication with the project management team at SAS Retail Headquarters on progress and any challenges faced in the field.
