Retail Merchandiser Team Lead
SAS Retail Services is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to support Retail Operations for our national retail clients. In this field-based role, you will lead a small team of merchandisers to execute planograms, resets, fixture installations, and product placements that enhance store layouts and drive sales. Responsibilities include scheduling and delegating tasks, ensuring merchandising accuracy, maintaining signage and pricing, and communicating progress with store and SAS leadership. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, prior retail or merchandising experience, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of merchandisers to execute planograms, resets, and display installations
- Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to ensure on-time project completion
- Maintain accurate inventory, signage, and pricing integrity on the sales floor
- Train and coach team members on merchandising standards and safety practices
- Communicate with store management and SAS Retail Services supervisors on project status
- Identify merchandising issues and implement solutions to optimize product visibility
- Ensure all work meets client and company quality standards
- Report completed work, take photos, and submit required documentation promptly
