Dock Worker

C&S Employment Solutions is seeking a reliable Dock Worker to support warehouse and freight operations for our clients in the administrative and support services sector. In this role, you will load and unload trucks, move and stage freight using pallet jacks and material handling equipment, verify shipments, and maintain a clean, safe dock environment. You'll follow safety and OSHA guidelines, work closely with supervisors and drivers, and help keep shipments accurate and on schedule in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials on the dock
• Sort, stack, and stage shipments according to labels and delivery schedules
• Inspect freight for damage and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse areas
• Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines
• Complete basic shipping/receiving paperwork or scan items into systems
• Work closely with supervisors, drivers, and team members to meet deadlines
