Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Construction Sales Closing Expert who will play a pivotal role in driving our exterior services sales, including roofing and siding. As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and closing sales deals effectively. Your expertise in sales and knowledge of the construction industry will ensure that we continue to deliver quality workmanship and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their exterior home improvement needs.
• Present and explain the benefits of our roofing and siding services tailored to customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client expectations are met.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
