Preschool Program Aide

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) seeks a dedicated Preschool Program Aide to join our dynamic team in supporting early childhood education initiatives. This role focuses on providing support to lead teachers and contributing to a nurturing, educational environment for children aged 3-5. The position requires a compassionate individual committed to the development of young children, ensuring they receive top-quality educational and care services. Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing educational activities.
• Help in preparing the learning environment, setting up interest centers, and preparing needed materials and supplies.
• Supervise children in the classroom and during outdoor activities to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Attend to children's basic needs, including dressing, feeding, and toileting.
• Help with record-keeping such as tracking attendance and performance.
• Engage with children during instructional and play activities to promote educational objectives.
• Support classroom management and child development best practices.
