Class A CDL Driver

Waste Connections is hiring a Class A CDL Driver to safely haul solid waste and recyclables for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. In this role, you'll operate late-model equipment, complete assigned routes, and perform pre/post-trip inspections while following DOT and company safety standards. You'll work closely with dispatch, maintain accurate logs, and provide professional customer service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles to haul solid waste and recyclables on assigned routes
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations, including PPE use and safe driving practices
• Communicate with dispatch and site personnel to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Maintain accurate logs, tickets, and required transport documentation
• Provide courteous service to residential, commercial, and industrial customers
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing loads to meet weight and safety standards
• Report route hazards, incidents, and environmental concerns immediately
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support a clean, organized truck and work area, representing Waste Connections professionally
