Responsibilities

• Handle qualified inbound and company-generated leads for exterior home improvement projects
• Conduct virtual and in-home sales consultations with residential customers

• Create detailed proposals and explain pricing, financing, and warranties
• Negotiate terms and close high-ticket contracts to meet or exceed targets
• Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM records
• Collaborate with production and operations to ensure smooth project handoff
• Maintain strong product knowledge of materials, installation methods, and building codes
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and construction-industry training
