Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with residential homeowners
• Present roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation solutions
• Lead high-ticket sales conversations and close qualified deals
• Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM documentation
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams for smooth project handoff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Educate customers on product options, warranties, and financing
• Attend training sessions and stay current on product knowledge
• Provide responsive post-sale customer communication
