Construction Sales Representative

Erie Home is seeking a Construction Sales Representative to drive in-home roofing and exterior remodeling sales. In this field-based role, you'll run company-provided and self-generated leads, perform needs assessments, present Erie's premium roofing and home improvement solutions, and build trust with homeowners. You'll prepare accurate estimates, close contracts, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities

• Run in-home and field appointments with homeowner leads provided by Erie Home and self-generated prospecting.
• Conduct needs assessments, roof and exterior inspections, and explain recommended solutions.
• Present Erie Home's roofing and remodeling products, demonstrating value, features, and financing options.
• Prepare accurate measurements, estimates, and written proposals for residential projects.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts while adhering to company pricing and compliance standards.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, appointments, and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with installation, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to branch revenue goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, product education, and performance reviews.
• Represent Erie Home professionally in local neighborhoods, events, and homeowner interactions.
