Cascade Disposal Driver

Waste Connections is seeking a Cascade Disposal CDL Driver to safely operate commercial waste collection trucks for residential and commercial routes. In this field-based role, you'll conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, follow assigned routes, and ensure timely, courteous service while complying with DOT and company safety standards. You'll work closely with dispatch and team members, handle waste and recyclables responsibly, and represent our commitment to environmental stewardship and community service in every route you run.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL refuse and recycling trucks on assigned residential and commercial routes
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Collect, transport, and dump solid waste and recyclables according to route schedules
• Communicate with dispatch and route managers to resolve service or route issues
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and the community
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation for routes and vehicle use
• Support a clean, safe work environment and participate in safety meetings and trainings
