In Home Sales Expert

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an In Home Sales Expert to meet homeowners, assess roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation needs, and close high-quality projects. In this field-based role, you'll run company-provided and self-generated appointments, perform inspections, present solutions, and deliver detailed proposals. You'll leverage our training, marketing support, and proven process to achieve aggressive sales targets. Ideal candidates have strong consultative sales skills, residential construction knowledge, integrity, and a commitment to responsive, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess exterior home improvement needs
• Perform roof, siding, window, door, gutter, and insulation inspections and measurements
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing, and financing options
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate project handoff
• Attend ongoing training to stay current on products and installation methods
• Provide responsive, professional customer service before and after the sale
