Construction Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a Construction Sales Representative to drive residential roofing, siding, window, and exterior improvement sales in the Philadelphia area. In this field-based role, you'll run company-provided and self-generated leads, perform detailed home inspections, take measurements, and present tailored solutions using high-quality products. You'll prepare estimates, educate homeowners, and close deals through consultative, relationship-based selling. Responsibilities

• Generate and manage residential exterior remodeling sales leads in assigned territory
• Conduct in-home inspections, take measurements, and assess roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior needs
• Prepare accurate estimates and present customized proposals to homeowners
• Educate customers on product options, installation process, warranties, and financing
• Close sales using consultative, relationship-based techniques and meet or exceed sales targets
• Update and track all opportunities and activities in CRM software
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Participate in ongoing training, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to improve skills
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors professionally at appointments, events, and community activities
