In Home Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors seeks an In Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-set residential leads and present roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation solutions. You'll perform needs assessments, educate homeowners on product options, create on-the-spot proposals, and close sales in the home. This role combines consultative selling with basic construction knowledge and requires strong communication, follow-up, and territory management skills. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set residential leads
• Assess homeowner needs for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation

• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and manage follow-up activities
• Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Attend training sessions to stay current on products and sales techniques
