Construction Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a Construction Sales Representative to drive residential roofing, siding, window, and exterior project sales. You'll run company-provided and self-generated leads, perform on-site inspections, take accurate measurements, educate homeowners on product options, and deliver professional proposals. Responsibilities include closing contracts, managing handoff to production, following up for satisfaction, and using CRM tools to track activity. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and exterior inspections for residential roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters
• Generate, qualify, and manage company-provided and self-generated leads
• Prepare accurate measurements, scopes of work, and written proposals
• Present product options, pricing, and financing clearly to homeowners
• Close sales contracts and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
• Coordinate project details and handoff with production and installation teams
• Maintain detailed records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups in CRMProvide responsive customer service before, during, and after installation
• Attend ongoing training on products, installation methods, and sales processes
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors with professionalism, integrity, and safety awareness
