Outside Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive residential exterior home improvement sales, including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. In this field-based role, you'll run company-provided and self-generated leads, conduct in-home inspections, educate homeowners on solutions, and present detailed proposals. You'll manage the sales cycle from first contact through close, coordinate with installation teams, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

• Run company-provided and self-generated residential sales leads in assigned territory
• Conduct on-site inspections of roofing, siding, windows, and related exterior components
• Educate homeowners on product options, warranties, and installation processes
• Prepare accurate measurements, estimates, and written proposals
• Present solutions and close sales in the home
• Use CRM software to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure project accuracy
• Maintain strong relationships and communication with customers throughout the project
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and performance reviews to refine skills
