Home Remodeling Sales Consultant

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a Home Remodeling Sales Consultant to drive residential exterior remodeling sales in the Philadelphia area. In this field-based role, you'll visit pre-set and self-generated appointments, assess roofing, siding, window, door, gutter, and insulation needs, and deliver consultative, solution-focused sales presentations. You'll prepare professional proposals, manage a robust lead pipeline, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation
• Assess home exterior conditions, take measurements, and prepare project scopes
• Deliver professional sales presentations and explain product and installation options
• Generate detailed proposals and pricing using company tools
• Follow up on leads, manage pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate handoff and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely reporting
