Construction Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a Construction Sales Representative to drive residential exterior sales for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation. In this field-based role, you'll run company-provided and self-generated leads, perform home inspections, take accurate measurements, prepare detailed proposals, and present tailored solutions to homeowners. You'll educate customers on products, warranties, and installation, close contracts, and coordinate with production to ensure smooth project delivery. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers to assess roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation needs
• Perform exterior inspections, measurements, and basic construction assessments to prepare accurate proposals
• Present solution-based sales proposals, explain product options, warranties, and installation processes to homeowners
• Close sales contracts and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Manage leads from company sources and self-generate new business through referrals and neighborhood prospecting
• Use CRM software to track leads, appointments, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure accurate project handoff and customer satisfaction
• Provide ongoing customer communication before, during, and after installation to ensure a positive experience
