In Home Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors seeks an In Home Sales Representative to run company-provided and self-generated leads for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation. You'll conduct in-home inspections, educate homeowners on solutions, present detailed proposals, and close sales. Work closely with our production and customer service teams to ensure a smooth handoff and great homeowner experience. Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments with qualified leads
• Inspect home exteriors and identify issues and solutions
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation options
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed quotas
• Use CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Collaborate with production and customer service for smooth project handoff
• Attend ongoing training to deepen product and sales knowledge
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors with professionalism and integrity
• Provide timely, responsive communication to customers throughout the sales process
