Home Delivery Driver

Join Mom's Meals as a Home Delivery Driver in our Transportation & Logistics team. You'll safely load, transport, and deliver refrigerated, ready-to-heat meals to clients' homes on scheduled routes. Provide courteous doorstep service, verify orders, and follow food safety and handling procedures while keeping vehicles clean and well-maintained. You'll use basic routing technology, complete delivery documentation, and report issues or delays. This role supports our mission to nourish vulnerable individuals by ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries while upholding our standards of safety, reliability, quality, and compassion in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle on assigned home-delivery routes
• Load, secure, and transport refrigerated meal orders according to food safety standards
• Deliver meals to clients' homes, providing courteous and respectful doorstep service
• Verify delivery addresses and orders; obtain required delivery confirmations or signatures
• Use routing/navigation technology to follow schedules and optimize routes
• Inspect vehicle before and after routes; report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and delivery equipment
• Follow company policies, traffic laws, and DOT/food safety regulations at all times
• Communicate delays, delivery obstacles, or customer concerns to dispatch or supervisors
• Represent Mom's Meals' mission and values in all customer interactions
