In Home Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an In Home Sales Representative to drive residential exterior home improvement sales. In this field-based role, you'll run company-provided leads, conduct in-home consultations, assess roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation needs, and present tailored solutions. You'll educate homeowners, build trust, and close contracts while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation projects
• Qualify company-provided leads and manage a personal sales pipeline

• Prepare and present professional proposals and pricing options to homeowners
• Educate customers on product options, installation process, and financing
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
• Accurately document measurements, job details, and customer preferences
• Use CRM tools to track appointments, follow-ups, and sales performance
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
