Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Home Remodeling Sales professional to drive residential roofing, siding, window, door, gutter, and insulation sales. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners, assess project needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess roofing and siding needs
• Perform detailed exterior inspections, measurements, and basic condition assessments
• Educate homeowners on products, installation methods, and warranty options
• Prepare accurate proposals and present customized solutions to customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead follow-up to signed contract
• Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and sales activity
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, ethics, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Attend team meetings, product trainings, and ride-alongs to continually improve performance
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors professionally in neighborhoods, events, and customer interactions
