In Home Sales Representative

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an In Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-set residential appointments and sell roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation solutions. You'll conduct on-site inspections, educate homeowners on product options, prepare accurate estimates, and close deals while delivering a high-quality customer experience. We provide product training, marketing support, and a performance-driven, team-focused culture with strong advancement potential in a fast-growing home improvement company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential homeowners from company-provided leads
• Inspect roofs, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation to identify needs
• Educate customers on product options, warranties, and installation process
• Prepare accurate measurements, proposals, and pricing estimates
• Present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales agreements
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Maintain strong product knowledge and attend ongoing training
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors professionally in the field and at customer homes
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a performance-driven environment
