Entry Level Sales

Home Genius Exteriors is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to help homeowners improve their roofs, siding, windows, and more. In this field-based role, you'll canvas neighborhoods, generate leads, schedule and attend homeowner appointments, and present our exterior home improvement solutions. We provide paid training on products, sales techniques, and inspection basics. Ideal candidates are energetic, coachable, and comfortable talking to homeowners. This is a full-time, commission-driven role with a base structure, benefits, and clear paths for advancement in a fast-growing, customer-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and outreach
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior solutions
• Schedule and attend in-home appointments
• Conduct basic exterior inspections and gather project details
• Deliver structured sales presentations and proposals
• Follow up with prospects and manage pipeline in CRM or tracking tools
• Meet or exceed sales and activity targets in assigned territory
• Work closely with project and installation teams for smooth handoff
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training
• Uphold company values of integrity, craftsmanship, and customer service
